Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

At Leather Junction, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to make things right.


Eligibility for Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 7 - 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • You need to mail the details (product photographs of the faulty/wrong items received, Invoice and the Package in which you received the products) for online orders at leatherjunction11@gmail.com
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Leather vs. Non-Leather Goods

  • Leather Goods: Natural marks, textures, and slight color variations are not considered defects. Returns, replacements, or exchanges are accepted only for genuine defects or incorrect items.
  • Non-Leather Goods: Eligible for return, exchange, or replacement under standard conditions mentioned above.

Replacements

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will be happy to replace it with a new one. However, the customer is responsible for sending the defective product back to us at their own cost.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund or exchange will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or monogrammed products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Replacement

  • Email us at support@leatherjunction.in with your order number, issue description, and relevant photos (for damage/defect claims).
  • We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or replacements if the returned product does not meet our conditions.
  • This policy applies to both domestic and international orders, although shipping timelines may vary.
