CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, order cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • For customized, made-to-order, or special sale items, cancellations are not allowed after the order is placed.
  • If the cancellation is approved within the allowed time frame, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment.
